Simple and Delicious Uttapam for Morning Binge!
It’s an instant uttapam without the hassle of fermentation and grounding! The batter can be
prepared instantly just by mixing sooji and buttermilk then keeping it to rest for 10mins! We added chopped
tomatoes, chopped coriander and crushed green chillies to the batter and made small disc shaped
uttapams on tava! It’s one of the simplest recipes that can be made at anytime of the day!
